    I order a birthday cake from this place and when I went in they told me that the printer went down and they couldn't make it! Let me without a birthday cake !!! All they could say was they were sorry!!! I have been shopping there for 20 plus years , but I don't think I will be back!
    Thanks to pulix I got a birthday cake!!!
    Can't not believe they left me without a cake!!!!!!!!!!! They knew what kind of cake I wanted , vanilla cake with butter cream frosting, don't understand why they couldn't have a cake for me!!! I really don't know how they could make it better now! I'm still mad!!!

    Let me start this review off by saying that I've been a patron of this location and bi-lo for a few years. Now I've been going to Food Lion recently because they're closer however I decided to come here today because I had thanksgiving and a bit of regular grocery shopping to do an your price on turkeys was fair. Now I wish I'd paid the extra 8 cents a pound and gone to Food Lion where I could have avoided being mocked and insulted by the cashier. During checkout the cashier and I started to speak about turkeys and how I do my thanksgiving every year getting the largest and best priced one so I can have lots of leftovers as it's just me during the holidays. The cashier immediately was appalled and told me I shouldn't be alone and insisted I join her for thanksgiving, her response was pushy repeatedly telling me to join her then telling me she doesn't know how to cook and telling me I should teach her how to. Repeatedly. Now I politely declined and attempted to both calm her and change the subject by stating that it's been this way for years and I have 5 cats and a dog and am not alone for that reason. She then called me a cat lady. A cat lady. I kept calm taking this slight insult in stride and asssured her that I am a person who loves all animals and has a veterinary degee, not simply a crazy cat lady. I even mentioned that I recently co-owned a beautiful cinnamon ball python that unfortunately passed away the week before last. The first words out of this cashiers mouth were THANK GOD! Thank god she says about the death of a beloved pet. At this point due to her need for assistance at the register her manager was standing behind her witnessing the whole thing. I was appalled and it was difficult to keep from saying anything. The cashier said oh I'm just joking it was gods creature as are we all, (or something to that affect) il admit I was so shocked and angry I had stopped paying attention at this point. After her manager sympathized for my loss stating she owned an Albino python I was trying to check out as fast as humanly possible at this point the cashier had the gall to ask me to fill out the survey on the receipt. You insult me and mock the death of a loved one and then want feedback? Well here it is. Now let me be clear I've worked retail as a cashier and have years of management and training experience and while I don't think a termination wouldn't be remiss I feel at least a write up should be issued to this cashier. And to be very clear I won't be coming back to this location and probably not even this company due to this incident.

    I've shopped at store 5519 for over 10 years!
    Not one bad experience ever!
    Every person in the store has been and remains helpful, accommodating and always friendly!
    I've never shopped in a store where I feel like I'm part of the family!
    I just want you to know how much I admire and respect the staff at store 5519!
    Every person in 5519 deserves a candy bar!
    Please let store 5519 know how much I appreciate their hard work and caring attitude!
    They are the best!

    Went there some of the cashiers and the managers were very polite but there was another cashier who didnt wanna take my coupons I had always buy there and I know the store coupon policy I left very dissapointed and didnt buy anything
