    Even though they are doing renovations still it's really not that bad. The price is cheap but the cheaper you go the worse the place seems to be. Everyone stays pretty quiet and keeps to themselves. Haven't seen a single bug yet.

    The new ownership is fantastic! Rooms are newly renovated and they are pet friendly. Very happy here. Neighbors are great.
