  PLEASE SEE UPDATE BELOW AS WELL: The service here is not good. The employees are not friendly, they don't speak or say thank you! They recently got my order wrong multiple times in one visit! The management is terrible! And this is very bad because I love this place , but I probably won't be returning if this is what I have to deal with!
  UPDATE: So I was contacted by the DM and given a generic apology for the bad service. I responded back to him letting him know I didn't care for the generic apology. He never responded back. Then I get an email from the GM at the store who helped cause the most recent unpleasant experience that I had at the location, saying she wanted to offer me a gift card and to come pick it up at the same location I had the bad experience at. I had previously advised that I didn't plan to visit that location anymore so why would I wish to come back there. I then advised her to mail the gift card. I never received a response back or a gift card. This company is showing that it does not care for its customers. I thought it was just that location but from this experience, its appearing that it is the company as a whole.
