    Messed up my order and would NOT fix THEIR MISTAKE. I most definitely will NOT return to this Hardees. They wanted to see my receipt that they didn't even give me. And whats that saying. The customer is always right? Especially when they know how they like their food.

    They took over 5 minutes to answer the drive through speaker and then she had an attitude like I was bothering her. THEN, it took over 10 minutes to actually get my order done. Is this how customers should be treated? Cooperate needs to investigate and revamp this place. Bring in some fresh management that knows how to actually manage!

    Waited 30min in drive thru a couple of days ago. Watching the two mangers outside smoking a cigarette & arguing was the highlight of me sitting in drive thru! Then the younger manger got rude with me! Just go to pine st.
