  I haven't been here in months since I got a happy meal plain cheese burger and the meat was raw... but I've been three times in the last month and management seems to have changed very nice. Today I saw a problem in the playroom so I informed the manager in order to protect them and the other children. It seems like he was addressing it at that moment we left due to the safety of my children. But food was good and customer service was great.

  This place is horrible, and unsanitary.. I found a piece of hair in my food, because they don't where hair nets. I also observed one of the female employee with her hands down her shirt scratching in her breast area while serving orders though the drive thru window. She never washed her hands, she just continued serving food. When expressed to the managers on two different shifts, they showed no concern for the safety of the public, all she threatened to do was call the police. Just for asking why don't they were head covering, and why do they allow their nasty employees to do unsanitary things in a food establishment ?

  Usually when I come here, the service is is pretty good. But tonight, I guess I misheard the total and handed the cashier an extra 54 cents. After she handed back my change and I politely thanked her, she glared and rolled her eyes as she shut the window back. I nearly asked for a refund because I refuse to eat somewhere where an employee has a nasty attitude for absolutely no reason. This is will be the last time I give my business at this location.

  They need to stop employing younger people here. I've been here twice within the past two weeks and each time I go we're sitting in the drive-through for at least five minutes. When we drive up to the window you can tell that the cashier was on their phone and completely not respecting the customer or McDonald's itself. The food is good but the service is horrible. If you're willing to wait 15 minutes for a milkshake this is the McDonald's for you.
